Appointments and fees
Sessions are by appointment only.
Please call or email one of the Psychologists listed on the About Us page.
Your call or email will be returned as soon as possible. At that time, the presenting issue is reviewed, along with potential referrals, suitable appointment times and the fee structure.
Standard fee as approved by the Ontario Psychological Association for a 50 minute session is $225.00 as of January 2023.
What to expect
Sessions are by appointment only, and may be held remotely, via a video or phone call. Our practice follows the public health guidelines for the pandemic.
Your first appointment will involve opening a file with your personal information, reviewing privacy and consent, billing and fees, reviewing your situation, reviewing the presenting issues and working together to find the best options for assessment, treatment plan and/or referrals.
